I continue to suffer from the lifelong plague of sleeplessness. So here I am, after midnight, posting because these sweet kids of mine bring me happy thoughts. I can only hope they might bring me happy dreams at some point.
He still loves Kindergarten. He was very excited about an ice cream party that his class earned today. He did lose the other top front tooth last week, so now he has a gaping hole in his smile.

Owen is making nice progress with Preschool. There have been many mornings that he is carried down the hallway at school from my room to his, and he just cries and cries. That hasn't happened as much this week.... and today he had a super fabulous day on all counts--he used the potty at school, he was sharing well, and no tears! YAY!

Lucy--wow--almost a year old already. It's so hard to believe. We'll have a small party for her Saturday. I am sure she'll give us a good show with the cake. She is an excellent eater. She walks along things right now, transfers between objects, and she can stand up without holding on to anything.... she is thinking about those first solo steps, but isn't so sure just yet. She is starting to copy sounds. She says "mmmmmm" for moo, copying her brothers as we drive past Ray's farm on our way home.
