To encourage our young men in the game of golf, Grammy and Papa got some youth sized clubs. Today was our maiden voyage golfing with them. We took them out to Caberfae (where Ken works) to try the new clubs out. We helped Mitchell with stance but are keeping things very low key right now. Ken golfed a few holes, and Mitchell joined him in the fairways for a few swings, and both boys were on the green taking turns with the putter.
Owen's favorite part of the trip was playing in the bunkers....
which of course meant Ken had to retrace his steps.
Mitchell had lots of fun. He golfed the first few holes with Daddy, but then preferred to roll his ball around and chase it.
Owen finished up the day perfectly by grabbing the ball out of the cup. And I don't think you can say it any better than that... (haha for all the relatives that understand that comment)

Whack a ball with a stick? What fun for boys of all ages! We just took Ben (now 17 mos.) bowling on Sunday. Big hit. Though I needed the gutter-bumpers about as much as he did!
