An Award-Winning Day

Some of the girls from my dance class traveled down to the Renaissance Festival over the weekend to partake in the bellydance competition.  After checking in, we had some time to enjoy the excitement including watching a jousting match.

Later in the afternoon we made our way to the assigned stage before a pretty big audience.  There were several solo dancers and  6 different groups, including our own.  It was fun to see all the costumes and different dances.  We performed our Earthquake routine.  The crowd LOVED it.  It was so much fun!  Even more fun because WE WON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
