May is hustling by. Swimming lessons ended last week and baseball/T-ball season is in full swing. Ken's golf course is open and prepping for a big event tomorrow. With the monsoon-like rain lately we've had much thunder and lightning, too. The irrigation took a jolt of lightning last night, translating into an extra-long day of work for Ken today.
It has been a bit warmer. Yesterday it got to 83 degrees! Needless to say we hurried home from school and played outside all evening. The kids "washed" my car, splashed, and biked while I grilled dinner. Then we enjoyed the first dinner on the deck of the season. YAY!
