Hopping Down the Bunny Trail, Easter-skivers

The Easter Bunny was good to our household this morning.  The shrieks of joy were evidence of that!  The excited rush around the house was a blur of giggles and cheers as they found each one.... Even the artistic eggs they left for EB to hide!   Aside from candy and coins, they also were gifted some very magical bubble juice.  The bubbles stayed in the air a remarkably long time, and did not pop when they landed on anything (poor Charlie found that out!), and they even would connect to other bubbles.  Very interesting indeed.

 

After all the excitement settled down, I made the first batch of Easter-skivers.  Food coloring and M&M's make a remarkable version of the tasty Ebelskiver. I am sure that will warrant a repeat performance.
