Today was slated for Driveway Delivery part 2, and due to the LOVELY weather, everybody else wanted to lay concrete, too. We were not able to use LC Ready Mix again this weekend, but Elmer's was more than happy to come to the rescue. The trucks showed up at 10 this morning and things went along quickly. Ken's crew of helpers worked while I took the kids to their soccer games. When we returned, the concrete was in. I made a quick study of edging, and took care of that task while Ken and his dad finished up brushwork. The kids of course got to put their hands in the mix as well.
