Snow News is Good News!

I will try to post, but Lucy is grumbling about in her crib, so this may not happen all in one sitting.

In the last few weeks we've had lots going on. Mitchell's Christmas concert went well on the 4th. All cherubs were cute and smiley.

My students performed last night and they stole the show (so I might be a tad bit biased). Progress reports also went home today, so things have been a little hectic this week.

We've had 2 snow days and a 2 hour-delay so far in December. It's a bit unusual to have any snow days before Christmas, let alone 2! We've had INCHES upon INCHES of snow. And in that snow, the boys and I have built 2 quality snow forts and a snowman. The kids have asked to go in before me... apparently Mommy is having more fun on the snow days than the boys! Also with the onset of snow, Ken is now back to work at night at Caberfae on the Ski Patrol.

With the slower start of snow days, we've also had some extra jammie time inside. The kids have been coloring quite a bit. Even Lucy gets in on the action, and she doesn't ~always~ eat the crayons so that's a plus.

Lucy didn't want to part with her hat.
