This December has been extremely snowy. In fact, with the exception of yesterday's sunshine and last Sunday's rain, I think it has snowed everyday since Thanksgiving. Today it has just been coming down at ridiculous rates. Ken borrowed Farmer Ray's tractor in an attempt to clear out the driveway... hahahahahaha. He had that tractor for 2 hours.... and did move substantial amounts of snow, however.... when he returned the tractor and got back into his Yukon, there were 8 inches on the top of his car. 8 inches in 2 hours!!!!!! And just in the time that he did that and went down to the local store (5 miles away), when he got back to the driveway there were another 2-3 inches. It is absolutely insane. And, with all this snow I got the call tonight that brings our 4 snow day of the month for tomorrow.... Keep in mind that we were sent home early on Friday due to the weather, and another day we had a delay. Out of the 4 Mondays in December, we've only been in school on 1 of them!
So amidst all the snowflakes we definitely found some fun outdoors today. Here are some of the flakes out in our yard... oh, and you can see how much snow we got too. ;)

So funny! The beautiful view from your porch changes drasticly several times a year. From mine, it's still palm trees and coconuts. The snow looks fun though, for all the craziness. Make a snow angel for us!
