Artistic Flair

The elementary art show was this week, too!  Each student had a different project on display:

6th grade built a whole cardboard city.

4th grade had 1-point perspectives.

And 2nd grade had different pumpkin pictures.

Probably Picasso

Mesick's fine young artists have been creating, and our new art teacher Mrs. Mills has been putting in extra hours in preparation for the big event. Tonight we went to the Gallery Opening (aka, art show in the gym). Lucy, Owen, and Mitchell all had two pieces on display.

Mrs. Mills and 2 of her budding artists.

Lucy's whale.

A doughnut with sprinkles!  YUM!

Owen and his bee.

The aliens are coming!
