Hats Off to Dad!

Father's Day started off very wet here in Northern Michigan!  Unfortunately, Ken did not get a chance to sleep in.  The mowing at Caberfae needed to be done, so we held off on celebrating until he got back mid-morning.  The kids were very excited to get him new golf balls and a sand-wedge.  Lucy picked out a Golf magazine for him.

And with all the golf-gifts, we ~had~ to go try them out in the afternoon!  Thankfully, things did try out and we all went out to Caberfae and played  9.  I was the official golf cart chauffeur, and the kids all had some great shots as we roved around the course. 

Overall, Ken had kind of an off game (maybe the 3 children golfing with him were a distraction?), but this shot definitely put a smile on his face.  From 140 yards out, right into the cup! 

We finished the day with steak on the grill.  All in all, it was a great day for a great dad!  Thanks, Ken!
