Summertime Summertime

Last week was yet another busy week here. We started by taking all 3 kids to Dr. Anderson's office. 2 came away with the diagnosis of ear infections, 1 with relentless allergies. After antibiotics and a week of new meds, we are a much healthier/happier group now.

We finally had some warmer weather here; enough that the boys were able to run in the sprinkler a few times, much to their delight! They are avid bikers and runners. They have developed some interesting racing games, and enjoy playing "paytoll" with Mommy. Besides that, they are each getting more interested in playing catch and batting balls from the T.

















Lucy has a new skill--CLAPPING! It is so fun. She is really very proud of herself, but her brothers are even more thrilled! They clap for her and she copies back. They give her kisses each time she does. She also has figured out how to bang both of her legs at the same time. I will have to try to capture that on video and show you--she bounces her whole mattress when she does it. Here she is on one of the cooler days we've had, dressed in an outfit from Bainbridge Island (Thanks Aunt Ruthie!). The hat was perfect for the chilly day.
