Owen helped me make banana bread today, and he decided he ~really~ liked that job. He kept sticking the beater back into the bowl to load it up with batter again. It was probably the best tasting part of the project... I dont know what's up with the recipe--I have used it for years, but the last 2 or 3 times I have made it, it doesn't bake right.... Sigh... need to find a new recipe I suppose. Oh well-- at least the process was fun!
Here is a shot from our deck the other morning.... It was beautiful. Ken really does a nice job capturing things on film.
